will be given (with
the possible exception of an invalid lead, see below) In
addition, we will not be liable for any claims
that result in non-receipt by either party which was the result
of an incorrect email address provided by you. You are responsible
for providing a correct email address and contact information..
Listings:
Claims regarding content of directory listings
or associated contact information, are not accepted, as you
agree it is your responsibility to review and confirm as
needed
such
information
prior to and after initial posting or renewal and which is
subject to editorial review by us.
We will not be liable for the specific type of listing chosen which
you agree is your decision. Nor will we be responsible
for claims regarding any duplicate accounts created by you.
Project Leads:
We take pride in providing quality leads. If you happen to purchase a project lead that you come to learn is invalid, please notify us for a refund at the earliest possible time.
We will not accept claims regarding leads that you may have already been in possession
of, knowledge about, or been aware of however latent or obvious or at whatever
stage of development and this includes any previous contact through
our Directory Listings. You agree to review details on leads provided
before
purchasing
them in order to help prevent this from happening.
REFERWORK™ reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at its discretion. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately following posting of the revised Refund Policy on the REFERWORK™ web
